Where do I pick up my cookie order?

Orders are prepared for local pickup in Calgary, Alberta. Your pickup details are confirmed after you place the order.

How can I track my order?

Use the private order code from your confirmation page to follow received, confirmed, baking, ready for pickup and picked-up stages.

Can I message the kitchen about my order?

Yes. Open your private tracking page to send a message. The kitchen can reply there with timing updates, answers or cancellation details.

What if I have an allergy or special request?

Add the details to your order notes and message us before pickup. Some flavours include common allergens such as dairy, gluten, pistachios or other nuts.
